Our goal is to provide comprehensive care and treatment to patients with osteopenia and osteoporosis. We tailor treatment plans to prevent injury and halt disease progression.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapist addresses exercises to help build bone and decrease bone loss, trains on proper postural alignment to help protect the spine from fracture, works to strengthen back and hip muscles, and provides balance techniques to help prevent falls.

Nutritional Support

We help to counsel patients on proper nutrition, diet recommendations, and supplementation to ensure adequate Calcium and Vitamin D.
