Adrienne Hill, DO
Physician, Owner
Dr. Adrienne Hill was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wake Forest University, before pursuing her medical degree at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hill attended residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is board certified in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She previously served on the faculty at Atrium Health. She opened Rehab Medicine of the Carolinas, a private practice in Clemmons, NC, in 2021. Since 2022, Dr. Hill has held physician privileges at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital.
Dr. Hill has a diverse range of clinical interests, including osteoporosis, pain management, weight loss, stroke recovery, cancer rehabilitation, and spinal cord injury. Her approach to patient care is comprehensive and empathetic, aiming to improve quality of life and functional outcomes for her patients.
Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Hill enjoys running, weightlifting, and interior design. She cherishes time spent with her family, which includes her husband, who owns a local transportation company, and their 14-year-old son. The Hill family is completed by their three beloved dogs: two Labradoodles and a toy poodle.
Michael Roche
Physician Assistant
Michael Roche is a board certified Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of experience, having worked in Neurosurgery and Spinal Orthopedics before coming to Pain Management in 2017. He remains passionate about providing thoughtful and thorough care to his patients so that they can remain active and enjoy an improved quality of life. His passion and focus has remained for years to be focused in Pain and Pain Management.
Meredith Williams
Physician Assistant
Meredith grew up in Clemmons, NC. Even from a young age, her dream was to become a Physician Assistant, likely inspired by the strong rapport she held with her own pediatric Physician Assistant growing up. Meredith received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving a major in Biology and minors in both Chemistry and Latin. She remained involved in medical settings during her college years, focused on obtaining clinical hours for Physician Assistant school. While at UNC-Chapel Hill, Meredith was a lead member of the Star Heels Dance Team involved in choreographing dances. Following her undergraduate degree, she immediately started the Physician Assistant Program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
Upon graduation and completion of the program, she took her first job as a Physician Assistant specializing in the field of gastroenterology, a field which she grew to love. She worked in the inpatient setting at Forsyth Medical Center, collaborating closely with other specialties. In this acute care setting, Meredith had a focus on integrative care and a multidisciplinary team approach. In this role, she came to recognize how comprehensive, multidisciplinary care is fundamental to effective rehabilitation.
Meredith has various clinical interests including osteoporosis and bone health, weight loss, and neuropathic pain. One of her main goals is to optimize physical function and health to promote independence and enhanced quality of life. She looks forward to establishing strong rapport with patients, building meaningful relationships over time and connecting on a more personal level. She is also particularly interested in bringing her prior gastrointestinal experience to the field to serve patients who may face overlapping conditions.
On a more personal note, Meredith is happily married and has 2 young boys. She is greatly enjoying newfound motherhood and time with family. Meredith remains involved at her local church and continues to enjoy dance, photography, and other various interests.
Whitney Snow
Physician Assistant
Whitney was born and raised in small-town Missouri as the youngest of three children. She pursued undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology while also playing collegiate softball. She earned her master’s in physician assistant medicine from Saint Louis University in 2003 and spent the first four years of her PA career in Critical Care and Intermediate Care inpatient medicine.
In 2007, she moved to Colorado, where her family grew to include three children and two dogs. While there, she practiced in Urology and Family Medicine and joined Flying Horse Medical Center in 2015, becoming a co-owner of the growing Concierge Medicine practice. During this time, she gained experience in primary care, hormone management, aesthetics, and business management.
In 2022, her family relocated to North Carolina, where she joined a Physiatry practice caring for patients in skilled nursing facilities undergoing acute rehabilitation. This role allowed her to further pursue her passion for geriatric care and helping patients maintain functional quality of life. Most recently, she has begun sharing her clinical experience with Physician Assistant students at High Point University, working to inspire, educate, and encourage the next generation of healthcare providers.
Outside of work, Whitney enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, exercising, playing with her dogs, and nurturing her indoor plants.
Holly DeVore
Physical Therapist
Holly DeVore is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). With 20+ years of experience in the NC Triad area as a practicing physical therapist in skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, home health and orthopedic settings, she has honed her ability to work in a variety of settings with a wide variety of clients who suffer with orthopedic, neurologic and general medical conditions. Her experience also includes being a lead clinician and program manager of therapy clinics and a skilled inpatient Care Coordinator. She is passionate about clinical care and helping others. She holds a Doctorate from the University of Montana, a Master’s degree from Western Carolina University and Bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston.
When not working she loves to travel with her family. Her passion for travel led her to spend a year living in New Zealand, where she embraced the beauty and culture of this remarkable part of the world. She worked as a Physical Therapist and enjoyed and valued her time learning about the culture and different therapy techniques employed there. She also loves fitness and earned a certification from Polestar Pilates in Comprehensive Pilates which she incorporates into her treatment plans. She lives in Davie County with her husband Jeremy, daughter Hayden and two crazy cats, Kiwi and Aussie.
Brian Couch
EMG Technician, Physical Therapist
Brian M Couch, PT, MSPT, ECS, CIDN is a physical therapist and clinical electrophysiologist with 29 years of clinical practice. He achieved a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from North Georgia College in 1996. He has provided electrodiagnostic services to outpatient clinics across North Carolina since 2004. Prior to 2004, he managed several outpatient physical therapy clinics in North and South Carolina providing physical therapy services and electrodiagnostic testing. He is board certified in Clinical Electrophysiology by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. In 2023, he was certified in integrative dry needling. He and his wife of 32 years have 2 children and 1 grandchild. He is active in his church where he serves on the diaconate. He enjoys golf and reading in his spare time.
