Establish Goals
We use a Mediana i35 Body Composition Analyzer which is a BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology system that uses a multi- frequency measurement method to provide meticulous Body Water (Extracellular Water) and Body Composition Analysis that includes visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and total muscle mass (skeletal muscle and fat free mass)

Long Term Results
There are 2 stages of weight management–losing weight and maintaining weight loss. Weight loss can cause a change in appetite hormones that makes it hard to maintain that loss. We not only focus on nutritional strategies but also strive to incorporate exercise and/or therapy programs. When diet and exercise aren’t enough, we offer medications to help assist with appetite suppression and weight loss. Many of these medications are covered by insurance.
